Join Hastings Runners

Please fill in the form below to apply for Hastings Runners Membership. You are requested to read the following information carefully before applying.

By applying for membership you are confirming that you have read and agree to comply with the club codes of conduct and safeguarding policies Club Policies and Codes of Conduct – Hastings Runners.

The club membership year runs from April to March. Club subscription renewals are due each April. However, if you join between January and March your first year’s subscription will be rolled over into the new membership year, and you will not have to pay again until April of the following year. If you join between April and December, your club subscription will be due again the following April.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Club members have various options available at present.

  • Basic club membership is £20 per year

  • Under 18s membership is £10 per year, and includes free entry to the Monday evening track sessions

  • Over 70s membership is £10 per year but is free when you have been a club member for five years. If you are a returning over 70’s member, please contact Andy Lee ([email protected]) in advance of your application to join. 

In addition to your club membership you may choose to add England Athletics registration. Registration is £19 per annum. For more information on the benefits of EA registration go to https://www.englandathletics.org/athletics-and-running/athlete-registration/benefits-of-registration/

The England Athletics registration year runs from April to March. Registration renewals are due each April. However, if you register with EA for the first time between January and March and you have never been EA registered before, your first year’s registration will be rolled over into the new registration year and you will not have to pay again until April of the following year.

If you register between April and December, or you re-register at any time of the year, your registration fee will be due again the following April.
